WELCOME

Real People Fitness, based in Wiltshire, offers Pilates classes both in the community and at home. I also offer Pilates as personal 1-on-1 sessions. 

My name is Graham Marchmont and I have been teaching group exercise now for 7 years. I started my career in leisure centres as a finance officer but the fitness classes soon had me hooked. I qualified with BPM Active as a Level 2 ETM instructor and taught my first class to 30 people. I then qualified in other disciplines including spin, step aerobics and aqua fit and Body Pump and now have evening and weekend classes every week.

In late 2017, I continued my professional development and qualified as a Level 3 Pilates instructor.

Real People Fitness is about offering fun and intense workout sessions for everyone. I want to break down the gym stereotype of being fit before you walk in the door. Join me for a workout that really works in a fun and non-judgemental atmosphere.

CLASSES

Through a series of low impact exercises to stretch and condition, Pilates focusses on building your core strength to support and stabilise the spine and help with postural problems. It can develop these muscles without adding size (bulk) and can increase your flexibility and tone your muscles.

Pilates can take it one step further by training muscles you didn't even know you had. It brings together mind and body by focussing on the principles of concentration, balance, precision and breathing.

During our classes we will work on the basic exercises and perfect them until we can progress further to challenge your body. We will always make sure you are confident in an exercise before we move on.

Come along to have fun, make new friends, work hard and have a laugh along the way!
